At Pink Crush Athletix, we offer tumbling classes for every athlete from beginners just starting their journey to advanced athletes perfecting elite-level skills. Our structured progression system focuses on proper technique, strength, and confidence to ensure safe and successful skill development.
Beginner Tumbling
Perfect for athletes new to tumbling or still building foundational skills. This class focuses on body control, coordination, and basic movements.
Skills include: forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and introductory back walkovers.
Beginner 2 Tumbling
Designed for athletes who have mastered basic skills and are ready to progress. Emphasis is placed on connecting skills and preparing for back handsprings.
Skills include: back walkovers, front walkovers, round-offs, round-off rebounds, and back handspring drills.
Intermediate Tumbling
For athletes ready to develop and perfect back handsprings and begin linking multiple skills together. Strength, technique, and consistency are key at this level.
Skills include: standing back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, back handspring series, and jump to back handspring.
Advanced Tumbling
This class focuses on higher-level tumbling and introducing flipping skills while continuing to build power and control.
Skills include: back tucks (standing and running), round-off back handspring tuck, punch fronts, layouts, and specialty passes.
Elite Tumbling
Our highest-level class for athletes working elite-level tumbling passes. Focus is on advanced flipping, twisting, and combination passes with precision and power.
Skills include: layouts, fulls, multiple back handsprings to layouts/fulls, standing tucks, standing layouts, and elite specialty passes.
